FedRooms®, in partnership with Cvent, is now offering group and meeting market research services for government meeting planners. The market research service is free and simple to use: Complete an online questionnaire with your group and/or meeting requirements. Requirements should be submitted no less than 30 days prior to group event and/or meeting. The FedRooms® Meeting Manager reviews your requirements and transmits the information through the Cvent sourcing tool to FedRooms® hotels in good standing that meet the requirements. The FedRooms® Meeting Manager collects and evaluates the hotel responses, returning all applicable hotel information to the meeting planner within 5 business days (or less) of the initial request. All FedRooms® hotels offer rates that are at or below per diem, and all participating US hotels are FEMA-certified. Yes, it really is that easy.
