The FedRooms® Meeting Manager reviews your requirements and transmits the information through the Cvent sourcing tool to FedRoomsŪ hotels in good standing that meet the requirements. |

The FedRooms® Meeting Manager collects and evaluates the hotel responses, returning all applicable hotel information to the meeting planner within 5 business days (or less) of the initial request. |
