FedRooms®, in partnership with Cvent, is now offering group and meeting market research services for government meeting planners. The market research service is free and simple to use:

1. Before you contact any hotels, please complete an online questionnaire with your group and/or meeting requirements. Requirements should be submitted no less than 30 days prior to group event and/or meeting.
2. The FedRooms® Meeting Manager reviews your requirements and transmits the information through the Cvent sourcing tool to FedRoomsŪ hotels in good standing that meet the requirements.
3. The FedRooms® Meeting Manager collects and evaluates the hotel responses, returning all applicable hotel information to the meeting planner within 5 business days (or less) of the initial request.
